Role: Marketing and Communication Specialist - Volunteer

Project Description 

Managed social media, content strategy, and PR to expand LATAFF’s reach and engagement. Implemented a 5-posts-per-week schedule, created multilingual content, and boosted interaction with #Lataff2024. Optimized the website and ticket sales with SEO enhancements and promotional campaigns. Strengthened offline marketing with key Latin American media partnerships, a branded festival entrance, and print promotions. Enhanced post-event engagement to maintain audience connection and festival visibility.

Role: Creative Manager / Marketing Strategist

Project Description

ChocoSol, an ethically sourced artisanal chocolate brand, emphasizes sustainability and cultural heritage. Our campaign, Give Your Soul the Flavor It Deserves, launched with Frida Kahlo's image to capture attention, followed by a maintenance phase connecting the brand across various products. To expand brand presence, we developed multiple touchpoints, including digital marketing, influencer partnerships, pop-up tastings, retail collaborations, workshops, and social media engagement, reinforcing ChocoSol’s values and deepening customer connections.

Refácil Pay

Project Presentation

Refacil - SuperPagos is a fintech ecosystem consisting of three core products: Refacil Pay, Refacil Commerce, and Refacil as a Service. The project aimed to simplify financial operations for micro-businesses, SMEs, and enterprises by providing an all-in-one payment solution, business management tools, and customizable financial services.

In 2019, Efecty initiated a significant rebranding effort, which culminated in the launch of a new webpage in 2021. The project aimed to enhance the customer experience by focusing on Efecty’s users’ behavior and promoting the “Transactions Solutions” product line. The redesign introduced a modern UI/UX, improved visual communication, and streamlined access to services, successfully reinforcing Efecty’s brand identity and commitment to innovation.

The Efecty RSE branding project aimed to create a socially responsible brand under the Efecty umbrella, focusing on children. The objectives were to build emotional connections, enhance brand love, and promote a positive brand reputation. The brand essence centered on empowering and educating the public about Efecty’s CSR initiatives. The key concept, “We Give a Turn to the Future of Our Children,” encapsulated the brand’s commitment to creating positive change for children through meaningful and resilient CSR efforts.

Launch of a Special Edition Beer in Tribute to Johana Bahamón

 

The project involved the launch of a special edition beer inspired by Johana Bahamón, a Colombian actress and activist. The beer reflects her strong yet sweet personality, with caramelized notes that highlight her resilience and passion for inspiring others. The campaign included a label design aligned with the brand, an exclusive launch event with celebrities, and social media posts, boosting brand awareness and strengthening brand love, while also highlighting the social commitment of the Internal Action Foundation.

Role: Creative Manager - BBT - Advertising Agency

Citroën “Oh la la” Campaign

The “Oh la la” campaign, launched in 2020, targeted DINKYs (Double Income, No Kids Yet) with a focus on irreverent pricing and the surprise value of 100% French cars. Designed to increase sales by 225 units (IIQ), it used a 360-degree communication strategy combining emotional and bidirectional messaging. The campaign emphasized great prices, superior after-sales service, and an exceptional dealership experience, reinforcing Citroën’s brand image of surprise, genius, and admiration. This approach successfully boosted brand recognition and positioned Citroën as the ideal choice for young professionals seeking style, value, and a fresh start.
